She hails from a distinguished lineage of traditional Vaidyas, carrying forward centuries of Ayurvedic wisdom while combining it with modern science and research.
What makes Dr.Reshmi’s journey especially inspiring is her own story. About 15 years ago, she lost her eyesight, a life, altering experience that could have ended her medical career. Instead, she embraced assistive technology, resilience, and determination to continue practicing as a confident and accomplished physician. This personal journey of transforming limitation into strength shaped her life’s mission: to give hope and holistic care to children with neurodevelopmental disorders and to guide families navigating these challenges.

The study was presented at the International Ayush Conclave, won 1st prize.
One of her most notable achievements was being part of the AGASTYA Protocol a research initiative on gut dysbiosis in children with autism conducted by VPSV Ayurveda College, Kottakkal, Kerala Ayurveda Studies and Research Society (KASRS), and the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. The successful application of this gut therapy protocol in treating neurodevelopmental issues brought remarkable improvements in the lives of children with conditions such as Autism, ADHD, and Cerebral Palsy, earning recognition from both the medical community and grateful families.
